• Create and manage sports tournaments across multiple formats (Swiss, Round Robin, Single/Double Elimination)
• Register and manage participants, teams, and pairings
• Track scores, results, and standings in real-time
• Generate brackets, schedules, and analytics
• Process payments and registrations
• Communicate with participants via notifications and emails

The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis and is accessible via web browsers and mobile devices.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using:

• Email and password
• Google OAuth
• GitHub OAuth

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

5. Organization Accounts and Roles

5.1 Organization Creation

Users may create organizations to manage tournaments. The creator becomes the Organization Admin with full control.

5.2 Roles and Permissions

ArenaIQ supports the following roles:

• ADMIN: Full organization management, billing, member management
• ORGANIZER: Create and manage tournaments, participants, and results
• JUDGE: Report results, manage pairings (view-only for other data)
• VIEWER: Read-only access to tournament data

5.3 Organization Responsibility

Organization Admins are responsible for all activities within their organization, including user access, billing, and compliance with these Terms.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

ArenaIQ offers subscription-based pricing plans. Pricing details are available on our website and may change with notice.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

6.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
